Наша общественная благотворительная организация, основанная в 2000
году, объединяет инвалидов и родителей детей- инвалидов города и
оказывает им информационную, социально-правовую, финансовую, психологическую
и прочую практическую помощь.
Миссия – интеграция инвалидов в общество путем социально- правовой
поддержки и всесторонней реабилитации людей с ограниченными возможностями.
Основные направления работы СГООИ «Вольница»:
1. Социально- правовые консультации инвалидов;
2. Проведение общественных семинаров социальной тематики, повышающих
культуру инвалидности;
3. Безбарьерная среда жизнедеятельности;
4. Поддержка образования молодых инвалидов, образования детей- инвалидов;
5. Забота о семьях с детьми - инвалидами;
6. Организация досуга ( посещение театров, выставок, экскурсии,
утренники).
7. Организация летнего отдыха семей с детьми –инвалидами, пользующимися
инвалидными кресло-колясками.
8. Создание положительного имиджа инвалида в обществе;
9. Помощь в обеспечении лекарственными средствами, продуктами, лечения
10. Помощь в создании доступной среды жизнедеятельности.
11. Издательская деятельность: Общественный доклад »Положение в
городе Ставрополе семей, воспитывающих детей с инвалидностью».
«Вольница» принимает активное участие в общественной жизни местного
сообщества, участвуя в разработке
- пятилетнего плана социально- экономического развития города Ставрополя,
- программы «Реабилитация людей с ограниченными возможностями города
Ставрополя на 2003- 2005 годы, на 2006- 2008 годы,
Наши проекты:
- участие в реализации Канадско-Российской программы по инвалидности

- Проект «Создание пилотных моделей интегрированного образования»
Моу лицей № 35 г. Ставрополя;
- участие в проекте «1+1» Помогая другим, помогаешь себе» Центра
«Подвал» г. Москва;
- осуществление проектов
- организация занятий лечебным плаванием для детей с опорно- двигательными
нарушениями в Краевой детско-юношеской школе олимпийского резерва
и оборудование бассейна пандусом и гидроподьемником- совместный
проект с Управлением труда, социальной защиты и работы с населением
в районах города администрации г. Ставрополя, ВОИ г. Ставрополя.
- «Добрый грошик»- Организация сбора частных благотворительных пожертвований
для решения проблем детей с ограниченными возможностями в г. Ставрополе
при финансовой поддержке Комитета по делам молодежи Правительства
Ставропольского края,
- «Радуга» обучение детей, пользующихся инвалидными колясками, основам
изобразительной грамоты. Обучение осуществлялось преподавателями
МУ ДОД «Детская художественная школа г. Ставрополя» на дому при
финансовой поддержке Администрации г. Ставрополя.
- «Организация общественного мониторинга положения детей-инвалидов
в г. Ставрополе»
(Общественный доклад о положении детей-инвалидов представлен к сведению
общественности, органов исполнительной и законодательной власти
Ставропольского края и Администрации г. Ставрополя.)

Members of the organization: disabled children, children with considerable
limitation-sot moving, using wheelchairs. The mission of the organization
is to provide social and legal protection of disabled people and
members of their families.
Tasks of the organization:
- Development of the infrastructure for proviting the access to
the surroundings for persons moving in wheelchairs.
- Informing the community and organs of government about the problems
of people having difficulties with moving, disabled because of this
to defend their rights of life fun value and participation in the
society.
The main source of financing – charity.

We succeed:
- Participation in the realization of Canadian – Russian program
of disablement (the project “Creation of pilot models of integration
of education”).
- Participation in the project “1+1”, Help others, help yourself,
of the center “Podval” Moscow city.
- Carrying out of projects.
- The organization of swimming activities for children with disorders
of moving in the district juvenile school of the olympian reserve
and equipping the water pool with pandas and hydro elevator joint
project with the Department of Labor, Social Protection and work
with population in the distracts of the town of the administration
of Stavropol, (BOI) of Stavropol
- “Dobry groshik” – the organization of donation collections for
solving the problems of disabled children of Stavropol with financial
support of the Youth Committee of the Government of Stavropol district.
- “Rainbow” – traing children using wheelchairs to the basis of
drawing. The training was carried at home out by the teachers of
the Municipal Establishment. “Children’s Stavropol art school” with
the financial support of the administration of Stavropol.
Since April 5, 2005 work with the project. The organization of social
monitoring of the position of disabled children in Stavropol with
support of the Agency international development USA.
The aims and tasks of the project:
Involving parents of disabled children in the carrying out of the
pong informational campaign by presentational of regular and reliable
information to the society and the Administration about socio-economic
and socio-psychological position of disabled children and members
their families in the conditions of Stavropol.
In the coerce of the project mechanism of studying point of view
of parents of disabled children’s about their socio-economic and
socio- psychological position on the territory of Stavropol, objectively
reflecting the condition and moods of the category of people, was
developed. There was conducted a collection of information, prepared
and published the fist installment of social report about the position
of disabled children in Stavropol.
Published and brought to the organs of legislative and executive
power attention of Stavropol district and Administration of Stavropol.

“Trud” news paper, August 26, 2004 “Barrie’s in the way of wheel
chaired”; news paper “Evening Stavropol” August 10, 2004 “Reception

Together with the “ATVshka” stud a copyright film “My friend” about
life of a disabled dirl was shot.
The film was awarded with the diploma of the movie festival “The
screen of Petersburg” March 24-29, 2004, has got a certificate of
the international movie festival “Without limits” Moscow November
12-15, 2004.

Respected Alexander Leonidovich!
The life of our children – is multiple operations, protracted presence
in the hospitals, every day over coming in the wheelchair.
Many years we appeal to you with questions:
1. Providing available fit to live in medical establishments for
disabled persons;
2. Providing availability of the municipal transport;
3. Providing the facilities of rehabilitation taking into account
the particularities of the physical condition; (wheelchairs, support
devices for walking, special computer programs replacing limitations
orthopedic, devices and facilities and many other)
4. Establishing of establishment of day residential care for children
with heavy degree of disability and the service of substitution
of parents for children redwing constant nursing
Being in the wheelchair we meet insuperable parries every where
such as steps and pavements.
This is the BARRIER for us which deprives us of elementary rights,
We have no possibility to go OUT, to breath in fresh air, communicate
with people, can’t make shopping, can’t use the goods existing in
the life of ordinary people.
None of the questions is solved for today. We demand to change the
position in which out children are at the moment, as we don’t want
to be is elated from the community “Prisoners” of the four wais
of our own house.
Please control by youself the carrying our of the program of the
formation of available environment for live to disabled people,
which is accepted for fulfillment according in each region to the
legistion power of the Russion Federation.
